		<description>Thanks for this Evan -- what came up for me when I read this is something I&#039;ve been considering lately -- if I don&#039;t like something about myself, what is the nature of the &quot;I&quot; that doesn&#039;t like how I&#039;m talking, how I look, or something like that?  That seems like a useful question for people (like me) who can sometimes have a persistent inner critic.</description>
