High Oddness

I would like to introduce you to a fun blog, it is called High Oddness.

It is written by Daniel Brenton, a blogging friend of mine.

The purpose is of High Oddness is for Daniel to remind himself (and us) that life is fun and is often funny too.

Daniel writes with a light touch and a good sense of humour.  (If you think writing humorously is easy there are only two possibilities – you are naturally gifted at it; you haven’t tried.  Humour is the hardest writing there is.)

My favourite posts are those misattributing quotations.  These are called No, No, No . . . They Didn’t Say That.  Here are a couple of my favourites:

To the mind that is still, the universe is orderly and whole; to the mind that is anxious, the universe whines about seeing its doctor to find out if it has an ulcer or not – Confucius

Where there is injury, pardon.  Where there is doubt, faith.  Where there is hope, Parliament.  Oh, bother.  Queen Elizabether II

High Oddness is a nice way to add more fun to your day.  I like it, I hope you will too.

    Evan —

    Wow, thank you!

New post coming up soon, poking a little fun at Facebook (as well we should).
